Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through Trogir Boat Tours by EOS. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms below regarding payments, cancellations, liability, operational changes and participation in boat tours.

Booking & Deposit

All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit. A booking is considered valid only after the deposit has been successfully received.

The remaining balance must be paid on arrival, directly at the boat, before departure.

We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations if the deposit is not paid within the agreed time frame.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Any bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion costs or payment provider fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, including partial cancellations, missed arrivals or last-minute changes.

If cancellation is made at least 48 hours before departure, we may offer rescheduling depending on availability, but this is not guaranteed.

If the tour cannot operate due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, we may offer a new date, an alternative tour or a refund, at our sole discretion.

No-Show & Late Arrival

Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed departure point on time.

Failure to arrive on time may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the booking may be cancelled without refund and the operator is not obliged to delay departure.

Agency Role

Trogir Boat Tours by EOS acts as an independent booking and marketing agency for boat excursions offered in the Trogir area, including departures from Trogir, Okrug Gornji and Hotel Medena.

We may work with independent boat owners, skippers and third-party providers. Operational responsibility for the tour itself, including navigation, safety on board and route execution, remains with the actual provider or captain.

Route & Itinerary Changes

Routes, stops, departure times, return times and onboard details may be changed due to weather, sea traffic, port restrictions, technical reasons, safety considerations or decisions made by the captain.

Such changes do not automatically entitle the client to compensation, price reduction or refund.

Liability Disclaimer

Participation in boat tours, swimming stops, snorkeling activities, boarding and disembarking involves inherent risk. Clients join at their own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, allergic reactions, loss, theft, damage to personal property, travel disruptions or any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with the tour.

Guest Conduct & Safety

All guests must follow the instructions of the crew, skipper and tour staff at all times.

We and the provider reserve the right to refuse boarding or terminate participation without refund in cases of unsafe behavior, intoxication, aggression, property damage or non-compliance with crew instructions.

Health & Fitness to Participate

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they and all persons in their group are medically fit and physically able to participate in the booked excursion.

Any medical conditions, pregnancy, mobility limitations, allergies or special needs that may affect participation must be disclosed before booking.

Personal Belongings

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including phones, cameras, wallets, documents, luggage and valuables.

We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, left behind, dropped into the sea or damaged by water, sun, transport or handling.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure, delay, cancellation or modification caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to bad weather, rough sea, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, technical breakdowns, harbor restrictions, traffic delays or other force majeure circumstances.

Photos & Promotional Use

During tours, photo or video material may occasionally be created for promotional or social media purposes.

By participating, clients agree that general, non-sensitive visual content may be used unless they clearly request otherwise before the tour starts.

Final Acceptance

By paying a deposit, making a reservation, or participating in the excursion, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version valid at the time of booking will apply to the reservation.
